Nancy Kleiman, Founder
Nancy is a master consultant and coach. Her unique style merges skill, passion, intuition and courage. Nancy is an entrepreneur, mother, wife and social activist. While growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the 60’s, Nancy gravitated towards human development and transformation movements of that time.
In her early 30’s Nancy was a part of an innovative group that began to test some of these transformational ideas in business, and although completely foreign to business at the time, they proved to have tremendous application.
Nancy has applied this groundbreaking approach to a wide range of needs such as leadership and management effectiveness, developing high performance teams, effective communication and delegation, achieving sales performance breakthroughs, and more work life balance.
As an environmentalist Nancy is also the founder of the Redefining Success in the 21st Century Initiative. The purpose of this initiative is to foster the rapid emergence of a new paradigm that dramatically redefines the relationship between business and ecological wholeness.
